Glamping Spots In India

Glamping, which has become a popular travel trend worldwide, is the glam version of traditional camping. It has luxurious set-ups for those who are missing those opulent hotel rooms, but out in the open, amidst picturesque surroundings and stunning landscapes. And there’s a wide array of adventure activities to keep you occupied when you are done chilling in your camp. The best part is you don’t need to carry your own tent. Here are some fantastic glamping choices in India where you can get away from modern-day distractions without sacrificing comfort.

Grassroots, Wayanad, KeralaNestled in a cosy corner of Wayanad, Grassroots combines camping and comfort well with Swiss tents located in the middle of a coffee plantation and encompassed by tall trees. The gentle river Kabini flowing by adds to the serenity of the glamping site. Grassroots caters to the minimalist traveller with basic amenities like hot water, refrigerator, and television, plus some air conditioning as well. With leather chairs and wrought iron beds, the tents here are as luxurious as they come. The private porch outside every tent makes for a great place to enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee and soak in the tranquil surroundings. While here, you can visit the nearby areca nut, pepper, coffee, and tea plantations. Doing nothing and aimlessly lazing around is highly recommended though.Location: Koilery Kunnu Via Pinangode Pozhuthana Post, Wayanand Dist, Kalpetta, KeralaWebsite: https://grassrootswayanad.in/
