According to the Samagra website, the date of birth (DoB) will not appear by default, and the applicants will have to upload it on their own. So, senior citizens or anyone who wants to receive benefits from any of the schemes of the government on the portal needs to upload their documents for the DoB verification. Further, to avail of the benefits of the schemes on the portal, it is mandatory to do an Aadhaar-based e-KYC and keep a bank account linked with it so that the benefit can be transferred directly to them.
