Building Bonds With Co-Travellers
One of Anita’s most cherished memories was horseback riding through the scenic routes of Kashmir. She attributes much of her enriching experience to the camaraderie built with her fellow travellers. “Travelling with a group of new people undoubtedly enhanced my journey in numerous ways. There is something special about connecting with like-minded individuals and building lasting friendships while exploring new destinations. The camaraderie that developed among us during the 7-8 days we spent together was truly heartwarming. We laughed, shared stories, and created memories that will be cherished for a lifetime".
"Spending extended periods with the group allowed us to truly get to know each other. As strangers at the beginning, we gradually grew closer and started looking out for one another. We became a support system, offering help, and sharing in each other's joys and challenges. The bonds formed during this trip were genuine and added immense value to the overall experience”, she adds.
Creating Memorable Experiences
Of several memories, she recalls having food with the group by the riverside in the enchanting Aru Valley. “The combination of delicious local delicacies and the soothing sound of the river created a truly magical ambience. Dancing in the snowfall added an element of childlike joy and spontaneity to our journey. Exploring the stunning valleys of Kashmir, with their verdant landscapes and charming villages, left an indelible mark on our hearts”, she reminisces.
