PFRDA has appointed three Central Record Keeping Agencies (CRAs) that maintain official records: Protean e-Governance Technologies CRA (PCRA), KFin Technologies CRA (KCRA), and Computer Age Management Services CRA (CCRA) for the NPS account facility.
These CRAs are partner organisations of DigiLocker, which provide online services like Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, NPS account opening using driving licence and Aadhaar-DigiLocker integration, updating address, accessing ePRAN (Permanent Retirement Account Number), and NPS statement of account.
